Throw in any images or video content you’d like me to use. Headshots, behind the scenes stuff, product shots, graphics that performed well before. Anything that helps me understand your vibe and what works for you.
Also pop in your social media login details so I can schedule everything for you. Any brand guidelines, tone of voice notes or anything you want me to know about your business.
That’s it. One place for everything. Dead simple.
On the kickoff call, we’ll go through it all together and I’ll get access to your platforms. Then I’m good to go.
🎯 What your day looks like?
Morning: 15 min kickoff call: We kick off with a quick chat about your business, your goals, what’s working and where you want to go. I get to know your voice and what makes you different. You tell me what’s off limits (we all have stuff we’d rather not broadcast, right?). That’s it… we’re ready to go.
Morning: Research and deep dive: While you get on with your day, I’m scaling Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Google to see what’s stopping the scroll in your industry. I’ll check out what’s resonating with your ideal customers. What your competitors are doing. Where the gaps are. This is where I spot the angles that’ll make your content stand out.
Midday: Content creation blitz: I write captions that sound like you. I create graphics that match your brand and actually convert. I suggest reels or carousels that fit your business. Everything is bespoke. No templates. No cookie cutter copy. Just stuff that actually works for you.
Afternoon: Check-ins and tweaks: You’ll get emails as I go, so there are no surprises. See something that needs changing? We sort it out on the day. It’s your reputation on the line, so you’re always in the loop.
4.30pm: Handover: By end of day, you have 6 weeks of content scheduled and ready. I’ll walk you through what’s live, why each post is there and what to do when you run out. You’ll also get a full metrics report on how your socials are performing right now and where the real opportunities are.

You’ll need to be available via email during the day to approve content as we go (we keep it to the minimum). Otherwise? You crack on with running your business.
Once your 6 weeks are up and you run out of content? Whenever you’re ready, you can book another day. No contract. No subscriptions. Just book when you need it.
